4. Generated Content

Songs created through our Service are generated using AI technology. Upon payment:

• You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use your songs
• You may share, download, and use songs for personal purposes
• Commercial use may require additional licensing

5. Payment and Refunds

Songs are available for preview before purchase. Payment of €9.99 unlocks full song downloads. We offer a satisfaction guarantee - if you're not happy with your song, contact us within 7 days for a refund or remake.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Generate hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Impersonate others or create misleading content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our systems

7. Disclaimer
